Phoenix Tools Apico Kawasaki Carlton Husband narrowly missed out on the Pro MX2 Championship crown this weekend at Cusses Gorse MX Nationals.
In the weekends pro races it was a head to head battle between Carlton and Gabriel KTM John Adamson in moto one with only a few points between them. With Carlton suffering a huge crash in the second moto this left the door wide open for Adamson to claim the championship title.
“I’m gutted with how it finished in the last race today,’ explained Husband. “But it is what it is. I gave it my all and just came short on the day.”
