The team formerly known as Buildbase Honda retains Tommy Searle and Jake Nicholls, this time on the brand new 2021 Honda CRF450R. Joining them is talented 22-year-old Jay Hague who will ride the CRF250R in the MX2 class. This bike isn’t much changed from last year so is based on the machine Steven Clarke rode for the team in 2020.
Searle, who won the 2019 British MX1 championship on Kawasaki before going to Honda, says he prefers the feel of the new bike. The team have managed to squeeze in some decent UK testing on private tracks and are clearly fully prepared and ready to go.
