Monster Energy Yamaha’s Ben Watson is keeping his positivity high heading into this weekends penultimate round at Mantova, previously grabbing a podium finish at the circuit.
After grabbing a decent podium finish with Team GB at the Monster Energy Motocross of Nations in September, the brit is raring to go at the Italian circuit.
“I am feeling good heading into the final two rounds,’ said Ben.
“I had a great week in Arco and I am already looking forward to getting back on track in Mantova! After the past week, I feel I can do much better than my results.”
“I want to fight with the front guys, I know I can ride that pace, but it needs to become normal to me that this is my position. I know what I am capable of, and this is my place!”
“Mantova is a fun track, it has some cool jumps, and itās a little bit sandy. I have had some great results there. Iāve stood on the podium in MX2, and I also stood on the MXON podium with Team GB with my individual MXGP class victory.”
