Monster Energy Yamaha MX2 rider Maxime Renaux took the double win and the overall result in Kegums, Latvia.

Red Bull KTM Mattia Guadagnini grabs his second Fox Holeshot of the day in the second MX2 moto in Latvia, with Monster Energy Yamaha Maxime Renaux hot on his tails in the opening few laps.

Fastest MX2 qualifier Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Jed Beaton suffered a mistake in the first 5 minutes of the moto dropping him way down the field, as Renaux makes the pass on Guadagnini through the waves section.

Guadagnini and Geerts had a decent battle towards the end of the second moto, chopping and changing between them with Geerts finally grabbing the second place position ahead of the Red Bull rider. Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Kay de Wolf also had a great ride in the second moto following on from his podium finishing in Lommel just last weekend.

Maxime takes the double win and overall result for the MX2 class at Kegums, followed by Geerts grabbing a second, and Guadagnini rounding out the top three.
