Artem Guryev ruled out of Trentino MXGP

Former Maxxis British MX2 champ Dylan Walsh will be a team-mate down at this weekend’s MXGP of Trentino after it was announced that JM Honda Racing’s Artem Guryev has withdrawn from the final three rounds.
A string of injuries and the intense schedule needed to steer the FIM World Motocross Championship through the pandemic have taken their toll on the 24-year-old Russian who crashed hard at Lommel last Sunday.
“I hurt my wrist pretty badly and trying to catch up to the other guys while you’re recovering is definitely not the best option,” said Guryev. “This is why we decided not to line up for the races in Pietramurata.”
