The world of motocross has seen a flood of moving and heartwarming tributes paid to the life of Steven Lenoir.
Both fans and riders have offered their condolences to Steven’s family and celebrated the life of the 25-year-old Frenchman.
On Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, fans shared their messages with other moto fans.

Across social media, pro riders and teams, including Steven’s team HR Kawasaki expressed their sadness at the loss.

Matt Moffat is still mourning the loss of close friend Thomas Brown after a motocross accident tragically took his life, said on Instagram: “Tragic news again, someone else passing away to early, a top guy on and off the bike! My thoughts go to his family and friends, RIP dude.”
And possibly one of the most moving tributes came from fellow countryman and close friend, Thomas Ramette.
“Steven, we spent our entire childhood and adolescence to crisscross the fields of France for the minivert, the cadet and the junior,” he said in a heartbreaking post on Instagram. “You were one of my best friends and we grew up together throughout these wonderful years that made us men. “We spent unforgettable moments together with Phiphi, Régine and your little sisters Alison and Wendy.
“We got some memorable stuff on the track and magical moments outside in the campsites on holidays or during the New Year.
“You were a true warrior on the runway and a man with a big heart outside.
“Today, my heart is broken by this tragic accident and seeing you leave so early.
“Rest in peace my friend.”
