The 2014 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship reached the halfway point at RedBud. Ken Roczen reasserted control of the 450 Class title race but faced stiff challenges from the likes of Trey Canard, Ryan Dungey and Eli Tomac throughout both motos.

In the 250 Class, Jeremy Martin busted out of his slump but would go head-to-head with his team-mate Cooper Webb in the second moto.
