On June 1 the Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship will make its inaugural visit to Muddy Creek Raceway – Blountville, Tennessee for the Built Ford Tough Tennessee National.

The Tennessee National enters its first year on the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Schedule in 2013.
There hasn’t been a Pro Motocross National in the Southeast region of the U.S. since 1997 when the series made a stop in Gainesville, Fla.
There hasn’t been a Pro Motocross National in the state of Tennessee since 1977.
Victory Sports, promoter of the Tennessee National, has been putting on amateur motocross events at Muddy Creek Raceway since 1986.
As one of the largest race promoters in the country, Victory Sports puts on seven different race series from January to December.
Muddy Creek Raceway has been undergoing a facility renovation for the past six months, totaling an estimated 5,000 man-hours in the process.
Hailing from nearby Abington, Va., GEICO Honda’s Zach Osborne looks for his first 250 Class win at his home track of Muddy Creek on Saturday.
Riders from 15 different countries will line up at the inaugural event on Saturday.
The Built Ford Tough Tennessee National expects to see a record number of people on the Blountville property.
