British rider Max Anstie escaped injury in an off during Saturday night’s Monster Energy Supercross round at Atlanta.
The Twisted Tea HEP Motorsports 450SX rider had a great first heat race finishing sixth, but heading into the main is where Anstie came into some trouble.
Making the huge jump on the first few corners he gained a few places back, but then had a massive off heading back onto the start and finish straight after colliding with another rider.
“The main event didnāt go to plan but after being checked out by the docs at the track Iām as alright as I can be. I’m doing all the recovery I can to be feeling good for Tuesday,” said Anstie.
“Progress again with my riding and team feeling better and more comfortable with SX every lap I get under my belt.”
