Over 50,000 fans see defending AMA Supercross champ Ryan Villopoto take his third win on the trot and extend his lead to 13 points at round seven of the series in Dallas, Texas.

The Monster Energy Kawasaki rider’s cause is aided when former champ Chad Reed, who’s six points behind going into the evening’s Main Event, goes over the bars and bites out. The Aussie’s right behind RV when the crash happens on lap five and is credited with just a single point.

Third on the night goes to Jake Weimer from Mike Alessi and Josh Hansen. James Stewart recovers to sixth after an early collision with his JGR Yamaha team-mate Davi Millsaps.

The Dallas race marks the opening round of the East Coast Lites series and it’s defending champ Justin Barcia who kicks off on top with the win from Darryn Durham and German teenager Ken Roczen.
