In 2015 Passion Racing fronted by Chad Yarranton will once again be giving it their all as they go in search of AMCA Championship glory.

After three successful years with Kawasaki, Passion Racing will also be changing colour next year as they join forces with Husqvarna UK and CPS-MX Racing.

At the final round of the 2014 series at Norley in Cheshire, Chad who is himself taking a break from racing, announced that he will be managing a two-rider assault in the new AMCA series.

The team which will contest the MX2 Championship chase consists of 23-year-old Jamie Smith and 24-year-old Dan Brough. Delighted with the signings, Team Boss, Yarranton said: “Jamie has been unfortunate with injuries throughout his schoolboy career and has had his scoring restricted this year due to niggling mechanical problems.

“Jamie is more than capable of running with the leaders which he has already proved on occasions. With more consistency in 2015, he has set his sights on a top five overall finish.

“For our other rider Dan Brough who scored points in the last ACU Maxxis Championship round at Foxhill, it will be his debut season in AMCA racing but he is very talented and has also set his sights on a very high finishing position next year.”

Yarranton added: “The AMCA Championship continues to grow each and every year and is fast becoming more professional than amateur. It’s great to see a few teams like ours now in the paddock and helping to raise the profile which surrounds this much talked about series.”

Passion Racing told us that they would like to say a massive “thank you” to Des and Darrell Simms of IDS Transport and all other sponsors who have committed their support for the team in 2015.
