Red Bull KTM Team mates Jeffrey Herlings and Jorge Prado suffered a huge finish jump crash crossing the finish line in Germany, resulting in surgery for the spaniard.
Prado took to his social media last night to confirm his injuries, and what happened during that crash…
“Thank you for the messages of encouragement and for being so concerned about my health,’ explained Prado.
“As you know, after winning the first moto at the German GP, Jeffrey and I collided after the finish line, digging the handlebars into my armpit and having to undergo surgery that same night.”
“Fortunately everything went well, but I donāt know the real extent of the injury. See you soon!”
We will have to see coming up to this weekend if he will be lining up for the MXGP class, especially after being a race down in Germany.
