Romain Febvre has offered his fans an update on his injury after his crash at the MXGP of Argentina and it looks like more waiting is required for the former world champion.
Posting on his Instagram account, Febvre wrote: “Well, the weekend started very good! First in time practice, first in qualifying race and two good starts on Sunday, finished third the first moto after few small mistakes and was running third again on second moto, but had a crash.
“Twisted very bad my ankle, still don’t know exactly what I got because it was too big to see it properly!
“Have some exams on Wednesday back home! Thanks for the support.”
It sounds like it is not as bad as some had feared at the time. We’ll keep you updated as we get more.
