Max Anstie has finally been announced as a Standing Construct KTM rider for 2019 – he’ll join recently-signed Ivo Monticelli and RedBud MXoN star Glenn Coldenhoff.

There has been much discussion over the past few months with Anstie himself fuelling speculation when he revealed he was also looking at options in the U.S. Max will be happy to put all that behind him so he can focus on next year’s MXGP championship.

“We’re excited to announce the signing of @maxanstie to ride for our team in 2019,” the Standing Construct KTM social media post reads. “Max won last year’s MXON and has 6 MXGP podiums on his list.”

Anstie himself didn’t add a lot on the announcement of the Standing Construct deal. “Stoked to announce I’ll be riding for Standing Construct KTM in 2019! Can’t wait to get started,” he wrote.

This will be the first time Max has raced a KTM in the FIM Motocross World Championship but has had time on orange when he was in the U.S.
