REVO Husqvarna’s Mel Pocock got hit from behind by Pierre Goupillon, sending the series leader cartwheeling down the side of the jump.
Pocock was left banged up and the aftermath of the collision with the Frenchman got the British rider disqualified, meaning he missed out on the two championship points he had worked hard for. We’ll have a further update on this tomorrow.
