Stuart Edmonds has switched bike brand from TM to Husqvarna he has announced.

Edmonds finished inside the MX1 top 15 on his CCM Racing Metcom TM in the Maxxis ACU British Motocross Championship last season but has now taken the decision to race a Husky FC 450 for 2018.

“I was given the opportunity by CCM Racing and Husqvarna UK and when I rode the bike I was very happy with how it handled and how the bike delivered power. Instantly within a few corners I was very comfortable on the bike,” Edmonds revealed to Dirt Bike Rider. “I had a good think about what I wanted to do and decided that I needed a change, and with how I felt riding the bike it was a good move.

“It’s already opened some more doors for me and potentially more over the coming months.

“What is important for me now is to arrange some more sponsors to help the funding for next year’s season and get testing on the bike as soon as it arrives.”

This looks like a good move for Edmonds and he could surprise a few people in 2018. Hopefully he can secure some further backing.

Check out what he had to say about the move on Instagram below.
