Revo seven Kawasaki MX1 rider Dylan Walsh finished off the season in style this weekend with a fifth overall at the Landrake circuit.
Grabbing a sixth place finish in the first moto of the weekend and a fourth in the second moto, the kiwi discussed how his season has been so far.
“I love a good start! My plan was to get two holeshots and I was able to execute it. My foot’s not 100 per cent but what can you do? It’s getting better and I feel like I’m getting back to how I should be.”
“I’m not properly bike-fit but I was happy to ride like myself – I haven’t been while I’ve been coming back from this injury – so Landrake was very positive for me. It’s taken too long to get here but I’m enjoying it. We’re making progress.”
“I thought I was going to get Tommy on the last lap of race two but I ran out of time. Once I got up from my crash I lost the tow on the front guys but I was able to get close – there just weren’t enough laps left.”
