An injury assessment this morning for Monster Energy Kawasaki’s Josh Grant has determined he has not recovered from injuries sustained during the Supercross season and will now miss the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross season opener at Hangtown this weekend.
Grant will continue with his recovery which will give his fractured right leg, that he sustained at Round 7 of the 2018 Monster Energy Supercross season, the time it needs to fully heal. Grant will return to racing as soon as possible the team say.
“Itās unfortunate that I wonāt be able to line up at the opening rounds of the outdoors,” said Grant in a press release. “I feel good, but I know Iām not at 100 per cent yet. I would like to thank Monster Energy Kawasaki, Fly and Shoei for their endless support and I am looking forward to getting back out there and battling.”
