The 2015 Motorcycle Industry Association’s off-road experience days have been announced, and will take place at Upavon in Wiltshire on July 7-10.

Backed by Suzuki GB and with the support of the Heads & All Threads Suzuki race team, the days give riders new to motorcycling or new to off-road riding the chance to experience it in a controlled, pressure-free environment.

Spaces are limited, and cost £30 per person. This covers the cost of kit and bike hire, with expert tuition from British Motocross star Graeme Irwin and the Heads & All Threads Suzuki team.

Sandra Cole, who manages the event for the MCIA, said, “You don’t need to be an experienced road rider or have a license. You just need to be interested in having a go off-road.

“Whether your long-term goal is some gentle green-laning or becoming the next motocross star, you have to start somewhere and the MORE [Motorcycle Off-Road Experience] event gives you that first opportunity.”

A fleet of RM-Z motocross machines will be provided by Suzuki GB for use on the day. Places are available on a first come, first served basis, with registration opening on Saturday May 16 from 10am.
