Soaring Eagle Jimmy Johns RCH Racing’s Ken Roczen will miss the 2015 MXoN.
Motocrossplanet.com reports this afternoon that the 2014 AMA 450 champion will have surgery on his back to resolve an injury that has plagued Roczen the entire Outdoor season in the USA.
Even with the back issue the Suzuki pilot was a nailed on bet for the German team selection.
If the report is true, Roczen has probably been advised by his doctor that in order to be fully fit for 2016 Monster Energy Supercross championship he needs to have surgery as soon as possible. Of course this will be a big blow for the German MXoN team, with Max Nagl only just returning to riding following his injury at the MXGP of Germany in Teutschenthal their rider line-up has gone from being contenders to perhaps struggling to make the top five.
