A double-winner in Belfast’s Odyssey Arena at the start of the 2014 Garmin Arenacross Tour, Newcastle’s 10-year-old terror Buster Hart missed round three and then suffered from a couple of crashes.

But even so he’s still fourth in the 65cc title race and just five points off the series lead…

Sunday afternoon’s fifth round of the series at the Metro Radio Arena is just about as close to home turf as it gets with Buster and his Rookie class brother Joele living 10 minutes from the venue.

“This weekend I’m going to try and do the same as I did in Belfast – qualify first, get the holeshot and then win,” says Buster. “I’m in front of my home crowd and hopefully that will make a big difference and give me more confidence to get another win.

“Lots of friends and my family will be coming to cheer me on and I’m only five points off the lead – and that’s with missing a round and not having much luck in Liverpool – so if I win on Sunday I should hopefully be back in the #1 spot.”
