From concept to rider, Fox has been secretly developing and testing FLEXAIR for the past three years.

Initial concept testing began in 2012 with the Geico Honda 250 team of Justin Barcia, Trey Canard and Eli Tomac.

In 2014 prototype FLEXAIR racepants were elevated to the race testing phase, when Ken Roczen and Ryan Dungey wore FLEXAIR pants at the New Jersey Supercross.

Ken Roczen wore prototype FLEXAIR pants during the 2014 Motocross National series, ultimately winning FLEXAIR its first unofficial championship.

Ryan Dungey wore prototype FLEXAIR jerseys and pants during the entire 2015 Supercross series, winning eight Main Events and FLEXAIR’S second unofficial championship.

Not for the average rider, the Fox FLEXAIR Racepant is pure performance. Featuring a durable, lightweight, four-way stretch Fox TruMotion fabric chassis that delivers maximum performance for riders like Ken Roczen, Gautier Paulin and Evgeny Bobryshev.

With a fabric blend developed by Fox directly with Ryan Dungey, the Fox FLEXAIR Jersey is lightweight, stretches with you, and keeps you cool with our proprietary Fox TruDri moisture transfer performance fabric technology.

The FLEXAIR jersey is the lightest motocross jersey Fox has ever created, with a size Large weighing in at only six ounces. That is 25 per cent lighter than a standard jersey.

The FLEXAIR race pant is the lightest motocross pant Fox has ever created, with a size 34″ weighing in at only 28 ounces.

With a four per cent Lycra blend, the FLEXAIR jersey stretches with rider body movement like never before. This performance fabric blend was developed directly with Ryan Dungey.

The feeling of unrestricted freedom of movement that the FLEX AIR pant provides is due t o the innovative, four-way stretch, TruMotion chassis.

TruDri Comfort

The knit blend construction of the FLEXAIR jersey’s TruDri fabric is softer and more comfortable against the skin than any jersey in motocross. The feeling of comfort is immediate.

TruMotion Durable

The Fox TruMotion fabric used exclusively on the FLEXAIR pant has the highest abrasion durability test rating of any stretch pant in motocross. 40% higher than the next best stretch pant on the market.

The exclusive Fox TruDri fabric is our new moisture management fabric that keeps the rider ‘s body temperature balanced under extreme race conditions. The double-layer knit fabric construction transports moisture from the inside to the surface, where it disperses for rapid evaporation.

With precision-engineered laser perforations, the FLEXAIR features targeted ventilation to keep the rider cool.
