Troy Lee Designs rider Cole Seely made his return to the top five with a solid fourth-place finish in front of a packed crowd inside the Rogers Centre.

Following a semi-race victory, Seely managed to squeak by the first turn and first lane crashes in the Main Event to start up front. He kept his intensity high and made a late-race pass for fourth to secure his 10th top-10 finish this season.

“I felt good tonight and was happy to be back racing up front with those guys,” said Seely. “I haven’t been able to run with the front pack in a while so it was nice to be back up where I feel like I can run. The next step would be to get back on the podium so we’ll see what happens next week in Detroit.”

Seely is currently fifth overall in the championship standings. Monster Energy Supercross will head back to the states as the series takes over Ford Field in Detroit on March 19.
