Yes, we know, a rare thing here at dirtbikerider.com but for all you trials fans we heard a rumour ahead of the World Trial GP of Great Britain later this month and we thought we’d share.

Newly crowned world champion Toni Bou had been running an injury for the last few rounds of the championship following a crash at the Spanish round in June – although it clearly didn’t stop the most unstoppable man on two wheels from winning. Initially it was thought having won the championship early Bou would sit out the last round of the series to have work done or at least to rest the injured leg.

But news from the Montesa Honda team reaches us that “Toni is getting better and we hope he will be present at the British GP. Let us [have] some time for the confirmation.” Which is still slightly vague we know but we’re running with it!
