This coming Sunday (December 22) a new track is launched as Wilden MXC head Honcho Tom Arnold together with son Mark unveil their latest project.

Hilton Moto Parc Staffordshire (WV11 2BE), is near junction one of the M54 and close to the M6 junction 11 – and has over the course of the last couple of weeks been totally transformed into what some are describing as the most exciting new track of recent years.

The venue will be race meetings only (no practise days) and it will not only accommodate MX but also has an extended wooded section for enduro and moto enduro.

Track builder Justin Barclay said: “The sand is very similar to Lierop.” While ACU committee man Andy Summers who is also on the track building team thinks the venue has the potential to be a future Maxxis standard circuit when fully developed. ACU motocross manager Brian Higgins is being kept in the loop and he will be making a personal visit very early in the new year to asses the site prospects.
