Honda’s Chase Sexton will not return for this weekend’s third Indianapolis Monster Energy Supercross round.
The youngster crashed heavily at Houston and has not been seen since as he has a contusion and strain of the right rotator cuff and scapula, which is a complicated thing to treat.
“Team Honda HRCās Chase Sexton continues to rehabilitate the shoulder he injured in the Houston 2 crash and will not be at the final round in Indianapolis, but he is feeling better and the new target return is Orlando 1,” said a team statement.
It is not yet known whether team-mate Jett Lawrence will be in action this weekend as he suffered two big accidents on Tuesday.
