2018 British E1 Champion Alex Snow has agreed terms to ride for Gas Gas UK in the 2019 British Enduro Championship and selected British Sprint and Extreme Races.
He will also get Gas Gas factory support for selected Enduro GP and WESS races – the full Gas Gas Factory enduro team and race plan will be announced soon.
Alex is a versatile rider, having had a fantastic 12-year motocross career riding British championships and selected MXGPs, and so should suit the 2019 300 two-stroke.
John Shirt of Gas Gas UK said: “Alex has had a great year in 2018 and I hope he can continue and improve on this and is looking forward to a new challenge after a good few years on 4 stroke power.”
Alex Snow said: “I’m over the moon to be joining Gas Gas for 2019. It was a big change for me jumping from four-stroke to two-stroke but knew instantly when I tested the 300 it was a good move. I can’t thank John and all the guys at the Gas Gas factory enough for a great package for me and looking forward to getting the British Championship and Enduro GPs under way.”
