Dates for the 2021 Monster Energy AMA Supercross championship have been released with promoter Feld Entertainment unveiling its usual 17-round series – but with a few extra twists including regular Tuesday night races.
For the first time in 25 years the series won’t kick off in California – instead, SX fans will be treated to three nights in Houston’s NRG Stadium on January 16, 19 and 23.
Next up will be a two-night stand at the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis on January 30 and February 2, followed by a short break before the action resumes at Glendale’s State Farm Stadium on February 20, 23 and 27.
Daytona International Speedway will be the venue for round nine on March 6 before back-to-back-to-back races at the AT&T Stadium at Arlington on March 20, 23 and 27.
Details of rounds 13 through to 16 have still to be confirmed but the series will conclude at Salt Lake City’s Rice-Eccles Stadium on a date that’s also undecided.

“The lessons learned will guide the management team as it delivers another incredible season of racing while ensuring that all COVID-19 precautions are met and fans get the show that they have come to expect from AMA Supercross.”
