Round one of 2021 X-Trial series cancelled

X-Trial chiefs have been forced to cancel of the opening round at Vendee in France due to Covid-19 travel restrictions.

“In light with the ongoing impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and associated travel restrictions, the FIM, the French Motorcycling Federation (FFM), the championship promoter 2Play and the local organiser have taken the decision to cancel the X-Trial of Vendée originally scheduled to take place on 01 May in Mouilleron-le-Captif,” said an FIM statement.

The new schedule looks like this:

Saturday 02 October, Marseille (France) – FFM
Friday 15 October, Chalon-sur-Saône (France) – FFM
Saturday 06 November – Andorra la Vella (Andorra) – FMA
Sunday 21 November – Barcelona (Spain) – RFME
Saturday 27 November – Braga (Portugal) – FMP
